                AirPloyment, LLC is a leading Aviation Job Listing board that provides Aviation Professionals from all over the world access to 1,000’s of Aviation Job listings.  Airlines and Corporate Flight Departments depend on AirPloyment, LLC to post their job openings. 


How it works
                Basically, AirPloyment, LLC is a paid membership site.  In order to view the job listings, one must pay a fee.  The reason behind the fee is simple.  In order to recruit Employers to post jobs on our site, we must have a fairly large advertising budget to attract companies to our site.  In order to support the site, a fee must be contributed by all those who use our site.  Our service is designed to help Aviation Professionals – Pilots, Flight Attendants, Managers, Executives, Engineers, and others – get jobs quicker than ever before.


AirPloyment’s Role
                AirPloyment is not currently recruiting or hiring staff.  However, we do provide job listings for Aviation Professionals.  While we appreciate interest in our company, we are not able to accept resumes for the positions of Pilots and Flight Attendants.  All resumes must be directed to the companies who post on our site.


Application Process
                When you see a job on AirPloyment, in which you would like to apply for, there are two possible ways in which you can apply:

  1. If the company has requested that you apply via our site, an “Apply” button along with a space to provide a cover setter is provided.  In order to use this feature, you must have a resume on file.  After filling out the Resume, Cover Letter, and hitting the Apply button, Employers will receive an e-mail of your application to their designated email address.  There, they can view your resume on our site.  Any changes you make after hitting the Apply button, will reflect in the resume. 
  2. Sometimes company prefer alternative means of applying.  The Application Instructions are clearly stated when the Apply button is not to be used.  Else, you may find a telephone number, fax number, or E-mail address where you may send your resume/application to.

Premium Memberships
                Without a Premium membership, you are limited to simply posting your resume on our site.  In order to View and Apply for jobs, you must have a Premium Membership.  Premium Memberships are available on a one-time basis or a reoccurring basis.  If you select a reoccurring basis, you will be billed until you decided to cancel.  Please make sure you read our Terms and Services before you make payment.
